The Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA) has elected Mr. Prosper Zo’o Minto’o as its new Director General. This significant appointment was made at the 74th meeting (Extraordinary Session) of the Committee of Ministers of ASECNA, held in Dakar, Senegal on September 27, 2024. He replaces Mr. Mohamed Moussa who will be completing his second four-year term as ASECNA Director General.
