EgyptAir To Resume Flight Operations July 1, 2020

EgyptAir has announced its return to the sky and its readiness to take travellers to various destinations starting July 1st, 2020.

 

In a statement on the airline’s website, flight operations will commence to Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Amsterdam, Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, Dubai, Erbil, Frankfurt, Juba, London, Milan, Munich, New York, Paris, Rome, Sharjah, Toronto, and Vienna, Washington from 01 July to 07 July.

Flight operations to Bagdad, Copenhagen, Guangzhou and Geneva will commence from 08 July to 14 July, while Barcelona, Dar el Salaam and Madrid flight operations will start on the 15th of July.

 

“The rest of the destinations will be announced successively according to the regulations and conditions by the authorities of each country,” the airline stated.

The airline also advised its passengers to reconfirm their booking for flights operating July 1st to September 15th for all bookings done before 15th June.

 

Egypt suspended international flights since March 19 as a precautionary measure to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus. The country has already started gradual reopening of services and offices, and recently allowed operation of over 230 hotels for local tourists with 50-percent capacity after they were given hygiene safety certificates.
