Royal Jordanian Passes Its 10th IOSA Audit With Zero Findings

Royal Jordanian (RJ) said it has renewed its IATA’s Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certificate for the 10th time, meaning that the company meets the IATA set safety and quality standards and can maintains its long-standing IATA membership.

 

Samer Majali, RJ Vice Chairman & CEO, said:

 

“This achievement is the result of our diligence and professionalism.”

 

He congratulated the RJ team on maintaining the airline’s high safety standards.

He noted that obtaining the IOSA registration is proof of RJ’s continued compliance with air safety controls and adherence to international practices. This is an achievement attained through the efforts of all employees working diligently to keep an exemplary safety record.

 

According to RJ, the IOSA audit was conducted by a team of auditors from Quali Audit, an IATA-accredited audit organization based in France. The audit was conducted against a checklist of safety standards and recommended practices for all the operational departments.

RJ said the audit which is effective until April 2022, covered several RJ operational areas, including Flight Operations, Engineering and Maintenance and In-flight Services, Corporate Safety.

Others include Corporate Quality Management, Crew Training, Dispatch and Operational Control, Ground and Cargo Operations, as well as Corporate Security and Human Resources.
